Our Staff

Youth Conference Ministries is led by a board of directors who are passionate about spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Many of them have been directly involved at both The Great Escape and Fun in the Son camps for many years.

The day to day operations of YCM are carried out by our dedicated staff who, simply put, are really awesome.
