The Great Escape: Midwest
The Great Escape Midwest provides churches the opportunity to share time together in community on the lakefront at the beautiful Green Lake Conference Center in Green Lake, Wisconsin. Middle school students, youth workers and adult volunteers are provided a space for fun, fellowship and faith to grow together in relationship through Christ. There are numerous activities, worship opportunities, speakers, small group time, banana boats and more to help you to grow deeper together.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
TGE Midwest begins Monday afternoon with registration and is over late Friday night following the final evening program. Check-out is Saturday morning. Housing is provided Friday night, however, no breakfast will be served Saturday morning and you should plan to depart by 8:00 AM.

HOUSING
All students and counselors will be housed in air-conditioned rooms and cabins at the Green Lake Conference Center in Green Lake, WI. We will not know your specific rooming arrangements until you arrive at The Great Escape.

FOOD
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all provided in the cafeteria as part of your conference cost. We will feed you beginning with dinner on Monday night and your last meal will be dinner on Friday.

DAILY SCHEDULE

Mornings include early morning Vespers, breakfast, quiet time and recreation.

Afternoons include lunch, afternoon session & worship, recreation, free time, and tournaments!

Evenings include dinner, counselor meetings, evening sessions & worship, aftermaths, church family time, and lights out

RANDOM DETAILS YOU NEED TO KNOW

There should be one adult for every six youths you bring (1:6). There should be male counselors for male campers and female counselors for female campers.

Each student coming to TGE Midwest will need to complete a 2024 YCM Medical & Media Release form.

Leaders, please have each leader/counselor in your group over the age of 18 complete the Sexual Misconduct Policy.

Deposits for all conferences are $100 per space.

Early bird discount is 5% of total cost per camper. Ends March 1

If drops are made before April 1, 2024, the $100 deposit per space is transferred to your balance due.

If drops are made after April 1, 2024, the deposit per space is forfeited.

The final date to add/remove spaces is June 1, 2024. After this date you are responsible for total cost of reserved spaces.
